Customer Guide

1. How to Order

On the product page, select the desired quantity and click “Add to Cart.”

After reviewing your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Enter your customer information (name, address, phone number, and email) and delivery details.

Choose your preferred payment method, review your order, and click “Confirm Order.”

A confirmation email will be sent automatically after your order is completed.

Bank Transfer (Please complete payment within 7 days after ordering. Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.)

4. Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unopened and unused products.

For returns due to customer preference, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In case of defective items or incorrect shipments, we will cover the return shipping cost and handle the replacement promptly.
